What motivates people on personal level, as well as motivate others are the principles and ideology of the leader coupled with actions (Chen, Hsieh, Chen, 2013)

If the leader does not motivate the team, either on personal level to get all the potential of the employee also by his actions, in drawing an example to the workers, there will be demotivation and lack of interest from the employees towards the job, there for I will lead the team by example and motivate them on different levels according to what the requirements necessitates, and I think the leader should also be fair and just with everybody including himself.
