How good the communication process between the manager and the rest of the team, determines how good and functional this team will be (Kocher, pogrebna, sutter, 2013)
From my point of view managing people from diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, and cultures requires the manager to have better understanding, better information and above all better communication skills with all his team members. I see that I should do hearing meetings either on personal level, or as a group so we can be able to solve staff conflicts as well as staff to clients problems.
