Active listening is considered one of the important tools of therapist, and it requires unconditioned acceptance from the professional towards the client to build strong patient therapist bridge (Graham, Bodie, Vickery, Cannava, Jones, 2015)

It is important for any practice to have an active listener practitioner, as it bulds the trust between the clients and the practitioner. For me I think it will help me build trust, as well as patients designed planes that is specific to each patient according to their needs which will benefit the practice.
